I've been teaching young children for over 15 years. As I teach I get inspired to try new things every year. Some of them are my own creations and others come from something I've seen or done. Turkey Treats

I don't LOVE the way this one turned out, but the kids had fun making {and eating} them.  I used a rice krispy treat in the back.  Spread a little peanut butter on top of that then stick a Nutter Butter cookie on top.  Poke 5 toothpicks in, add cereal and top with a marshmallow.  Use m&m's for the eyes and candy corn for the beaks.  Let me know if yours turn out any cuter.
